Every flavor tells a story
Sébastien works on creative and innovative dishes. He gained experience at the Hotel School Koksijde and worked in the kitchen at Comme Chez Soi, Hof van Cleve, Pierre Gagnaire and 't Convent, among others, where he stayed for a while and found the love of his life; daughter Sharon De Volder. He also did some internships at Hertog Jan, Stephan Destrooper and Quique Dacosta.
